Eat More Fat!

I started that cult diet, the O'Atkins Factor Diet. Right now I just feel really tired. Though that's not really something I can blame on what I've been eating.

I've browsed the book, and what I'm most looking forward to in the next couple of days is having an egg, bacon, and cheese sandwich with a liberal spread of mayonnaise, served on two sausage patties instead of bread.

This is dumb. I can only post either anonymously or as "racketmensch."

Gone are the days of posting as (Sam), crusher!, and rocketman.

This is worse than haloscan, even if it doesn't erase comments after a couple of months.

McDonalds' new "adult happy meal" comes with a digital pedometer, Sam. Maybe you'll be able to get one and see how many steps you take while mowing the lawn and eating a hamburger that has lettuce as a bun.

I switched back to Haloscan just today.
Blogger is trying to hit up the FRIENDSTER market, i think.
-have you done a search using your profile interests on your 'dashboard' yet? Does anyone know what they mean by 'team'.
IS the diet working? Iv'e known people who've lost incredible amounts of wieght on Atkins and a few whove gained wieght.
Iv'e heard it said that it tends to work primarily because people eat far less while on it because they are so sick of eating the same type of stuff all the time .
